What should I do if I have a complaint?

Forex Inventory strives to not only build strong, long-lasting relationships with all of our clients, but also to maintain those relationships. We welcome any comments, suggestions and concerns which you may have in order to help us to better serve you in accordance with the level of service which you have come to expect from Forex Inventory, our affiliates and our employees.

In the event that you are dissatisfied with the service provided by Forex Inventory or have a service complaint, please submit a complaint to our Support Team by sending an email to us.

We have a dedicated team of professionals which have been trained to research and investigate client inquiries. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, and will provide a full written response to you as soon as reasonably practical.

In the event that you are submitting a complaint, please note that due to the nature and seriousness of your complaint, it may take up to 1-2 weeks for you to receive a formal response to your complaint.
